Rt. 30 to Blue Mountain Lake

A broad shoulder and broader vistas characterize this 34 mile-long ride from Tupper Lake to Blue Mountain Lake on Rt. 30. There is a long stretch of unbroken backcountry scenery between Tupper and Long Lake, where the road is straight and gently undulating.  In Long Lake, the road begins to wind more as it gains altitude on its way to Blue Mountain Lake.
