Rainbow and brown trout are stocked here annually. WARNING: water is released into the river periodically to accommodate white-water rafting, so anglers should be observant. The water rises rapidly.
Directions
From the intersection of Route 30 and 28N in Indian Lake, drive southeast on Rte 28N for 1.6 miles and make a left onto Chain Lakes Rd, which follows the river. Access is from various points along this road.
