Boasting more than 750 miles of free snowmobile trails for your riding pleasure, the Adirondack Wild is home to the biggest trail system in New York. Hamilton County is the most direct traveling route for snowmobiling East/West or North/South, with major destinations any connections in all directions:

Northern Destinations - Tupper Lake, Saranac Lake, Lake Placid

Snowmobile Conditions & Maps

Stay up to date on current NY snowmobile trail conditions and order a free Snowmobile Map with an overview of trails throughout the 8 million-acre Adirondack park. There are miles of seasonal roads, wooded trails, and lakes with breathtaking winter scenery waiting to be discovered.

New York State requires any out-of-state sled to carry NYS registration and insurance. Proof of membership in a NYS Snowmobile Club results in a $50 discount on registration.
