The Acorn Pub & Eatery located in the base lodge at Oak Mountain Ski Center offers an eclectic lite bar menu including a variety of burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, & salads. Chef Louis Petrozza, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, recently joined Oak Mountain as the executive chef and has created a new menu with a number of specials and themed meals.
Thursdays are famous for "Mex Econo" night, where in addition to the regular pub menu you can enjoy some newly created Mexican specialties from South of the Border. Friday night Lou offers "Fish Camp", with a fresh fish fry. In addition, Chef Lou offers many dinner specials throughout the year, and continues to add items daily.
