The premier restaurant week in the Adirondacks is happy to announce the dates for their annual EAT ADK Restaurant week. On April 30 - May 7, join us as restaurants throughout the area offer special prix fixe menus with pricing options of $15, $20, and $30.

During this eight-day celebration of culinary exploration, participating restaurants will be offering multiple course menus at fixed prices during the EAT ADK Restaurant Week celebration. Restaurant week is also full of events at the Lake Placid Center for the Arts, The Palace Theater, live music at area bars and restaurants, wine and whiskey tastings, and more.
Restaurant Week is the brainchild of Professor Joe Conto, the Director of the Hotel, Resort, and Tourism Management Program at Paul Smith’s College. During the spring of 2015, ten students from Paul Smith’s College Field Studies in Hospitality class, led by Professor Kelly Cerialo, worked with Professor Conto and the EAT ADK Volunteer Committee.
Each aspect of the EAT ADK Restaurant Week model was designed in order to allow for future growth. The title “EAT ADK” was purposely selected by the students with the hope that restaurant week will eventually expand to neighboring towns in the Northern Adirondacks.
Paul Smith’s College is now a proud sponsor of EAT ADK Restaurant Week. Students and faculty from the college continue to work closely with the restaurant week committee to organize this exciting event.
