Directions to access points
There are several places to access Raquette Lake. Golden Beach State Campground is off Route 28, South Bay is off Route 28, and Outlet Bay is off North Point Road, which can be accessed from the Hamlet of Long Lake.
Shore fishing can be enjoyed in several locations along the south shore, at the north end in Outlet Bay. Shoreline fishing also within the Golden Beach Campground.
Only one has a decent boat launch site at that is Golden Beach State Campground off Route 28. There is a day use fee. You also have the option of launching in the Hamlet of Raquette Lake at a private marina, fees may apply. The best way to access the bass fishing is from boat. The bass hang out in the shallows but also in the deep holes. There is car-top access in Outlet Bay, South Bay, and in the Hamlet of Raquette Lake.

Day use fees will apply at the Golden Beach State Campground.
