Hiking and snowshoeing / cross country skiing
Following the outlet of the lake, the path passes cascading water and a decent-sized waterfall along the way. The trail moderately climbs to the east end of the lake to look down the long narrow bay that is located there. Cross the outlet on a downed log and relax on the open rocks. This trail would make a great outing in any season.
This lake supports brook trout, but the use or possession of bait fish is prohibited. Panfish are also present
There are three (3) primitive camping sites along the trail. Look for the yellow DEC "camping" disks.
